The Hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and very welcoming. Rooms were of a very good size and nice sized patio/outside sitting area. The Thimeli Bistrot Restaurant situated in the Hotel offered a very nice meal at very reasonable prices with a good ambience. The bar/sitting areas were very nice, modern and comfortable. All in all we had a pleasant stay at the Hotel.
Only negative comment really is in the toiletries provided - not individual toiletries but of the dispenser type but that is a really minor point.

Ideally placed we stayed two nights. All staff very friendly and we got information for a rafting tour with "no limits operator" All perfect. Kids loved that and all three had the same opinion this does not happen very often ....:-)
If you wantto help greece - ask for receipts to everything what you door buy in Greece.

The hotel's location near the river and close to the center was fantastic. The fact that it was next to the amazing old bridge of Konitsa was a major plus. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious and with a good bed. The information the woman at the hotel provided us about what to do in the area.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Pictures in the page of booking don't correspond with the reality of the hotel: it's an old building with a poor make-up. Bathroom is tiny with a dim light. Wardrobe was full of blankets but there wasn't coat hangers or drawers. We were living at 9:00 and nobody was in the reception, we had to wait until somebody arrived. Swimming pool is not of exclusive use of the clients of the hotel. The outside bar can be very noisy if the day is holiday. I think that clients are not relevant to them.

Charming hotel in chalet style inside. Swiming pool, jacuzzi in the room. Located near Aoss river gorge with fantastic picturesque views and the old Konitsa bridge (30 m) . It's cool in the very hit because of mountaine river. Smell of kitchen wih open windows in our room, but at good air conditioner and windows closed - no disturbing and any problem with it. As a suprise - cousine of very high level - chiken fillet cream - the best I have ever tested.
